She is a bit hateful towards people she just meets. It's a rare moment, but if she allows you a moment of her time, don't take it for granted. You piqued her curiousity, now prove you're worth her time. When she finally gets friendly with somebody, she's hyper and fun and adorable, sometimes she even acts like a nine year old. Most may find it annoying, but that's okay. If you don't like her, she doesn't like you, so get over it.
